Today is exactly one year on from that horrific day for Lee Rigby and his family 22nd May 2013 And feel that both sets off supporters if the word spreads could join me in a remembrance on the 24th at the Skybet Championship play off final I am a Derby County supporter along with others that might like to see the whole stadium QPR and DERBY as one.. Singing his at 22mins past kick off. To show our support for Both Lee and his family That both our great clubs can represent the other league clubs not lucky enough to be there on Saturday In the "Stand up for Lee RIGBY" chant and to keep it going for as long as possible. I've Never forgotten or will ever forget that poor British soldiers death. So if you agree and feel the same LETS MAKE IT HAPPEN Please share this page wherever you can Rangers and Rams alike So his family might know there pain is also ours, And the country as a whole support

with the greatest of respect we'd be better off requesting a minutes silence before the game as we've already got something planned on 31 minutes for colin bloomfield.

I'm all up for showing respects etc, but as Derby fans we seem to be over doing it atm. We're standing up every other game for one reason or another. The more we do it the more it detracts from the other times we do it. I don't want to be known as the Bono football club. let's choose our moments and stay classy.

I agree Bear it's not even on the actual day. It's becoming rather repetitive and tired for me.

With out any doubt, Colin Bloomfields tragic circumstances are worthy off a show off support from the Derby fans at Wembley A minutes applause is very apt. However the thing I suggest for Lee Rigby is not just for Rams fans its for both sets off fans. QPR seem to be up for this gesture off remembrance, and if it does start I will be Standing up along side them As I suspect so will many thousands off other Rams including Colin himself. But we shall see The idea was only perceived last night but facebook site as already topped 600 people QPR and Derby...

A friend of mine, who will be at the game, lost his partner about 4 weeks from suicide after a period of sustained depression. Completely avoidable but for the cuts to funding of mental health treatment in the community. He is devastated beyond belief.

A few weeks ago, a teacherd Ann Maguire was stabbed to death at school by a pupil. Her family are in pieces.

You may recall Dr Muhammad Taufiq Al Satar who recently lost his wife and three children who died in a house fire that was started deliberately by arsonists who actually picked the wrong house as a revenge attack.

The point I am making is that death and tragedy is all around us. If we continue down the path of applause, standing and chanting every game or so for one person or another then the value of that gesture becomes lost. The Bradford fire was a football tragedy and we, as football fans, paid our tribute to them v Brighton. Colin Bloomfield is an ex commentator for Rams matches and known well to most Derby fans and t

I shall be standing applause Colin and drummer Lee Rigby. As in my eye's they both deserve it and can't see the problem.

I will of course participate in any respectful rememberence but sadly I do agree with ramondo. We can't applause every sad thing that happens in life

Some nice ideas by those concerned though
