Promotion is worth A?120m to the Rams. Would be nice if only a third of that was invested in players. - view external link

I think we'd have an enormous job of sorting the current squad's contracts out though. we could probably expect of current player wages to double. we'll probably refund the best part of Ai3m on half price season tickets. so that's Ai15m or so before we're even started. I assume the 120m or whatever includes 4 year worth of parachute payments if we're relegated. i'll be surprised if we spend big. maybe 15-20m tops in transfer fees and we've got to take 7-8m out of that for wisdom/thorne!

Rapid: The Ai 134m "prize" is based on Ai 72m of parachute payments assuming another immediate relegation and a Ai 62 million pound minimum receipt for finishing 20th.

I do not think it includes any increased season ticket revenue or merchandising sales due to promotion as people like the Rat buy

C'mon give me some credit...did you expect me to read the Sun

As for UKIP, it wasn't unexpected. Quite often after recessions the people feel that voting for far right parties with Nazi sympathies will help
