I very much doubt that. cesar was part of the problem where QPR had a load of players that didn't want to be there. acting like a poison. mac said himself he's never seen a situation like it.
I can't see arry wanting him around plus rob green's proven himself to be a good keeper. the only reason he's not moved perm is because nobodies been willing to pay his extortionate wages.

Just a thought!
If Rob Green wins tomorrow will he have worked himself out of a starting job? Surely if QPR get back to the Prem. Julio Cesar will be back from his loan at Toronto?
