If, as expected, Rickie goes (and with my thanks and best wishes if he does) then a shirt worn by the likes of Terry Paine, Alan Ball, MLT and SRL will be available.

If Adam stays then I'd have no problem giving it to him otherwise, it's a tough act, but a real prize for someone.

With his medical now passed and an announcement due on Monday will be a bitter pill to swallow but good luck to Rickie he deserves to go out on a high at his beloved LFC. He's been a great servant to SFC and I'm sure we'll remain a special memory to him in the years to come. It will be "different" now watching him in Brazil as a Liverpool player and hopefully he'll get a game and score too. As for the coveted number 7 shirt I'm indifferent to who now wears it so long as that person has the welfare and love of Southampton Football Club in mind.
