    FIFA in Qatar Corruption Allegations

The Sunday Times have published allegations that FIFA representatives, on the World Cup awards committee, may have allegedly, awarded Qatar the host nation for the 2022 world cup and personally been rewarded five million dollars for doing so.

This ridiculous report, which has no basis in provable fact, may cause FIFA considerable embarrassment and lead to a fanciful idea that world cups are awarded to the highest bidders.

Sepp Blatter, President of FIFA has recently commented on the Qatar award describing it as "perhaps not-a-good-idea".

An uncharitable view might be, Sepp using Swiss typical neutrality, may have had advance notice of these false scurrilous allegations and decided to make his position quite clear; if not open his bank account for a forensic audit.

An unknown source commenting on the delicate balance, of promoting a world cup in Brazil and fighting allegations of criminal activity was quoted as remarking "He f.ucked up simple. Why ? because that c.unt is a c.unt"

It's a global business worth billions.

When you have a small number of self-disciplining, self-motivated functionaries - answerable only to themselves - in charge of such a business, it will always result in corruption.

There is only one way to remove the majority of opportunity for snakes like this to line their own pockets.

The world cup - and the olympics for that matter - should have permanent homes.

    Greece for the Olympics.

TBA for the World Cup. Greece. Turkey. Germany. Spain. Brasil. Where it is is less important than the fact that once decided, it stays put.

That is where it is held every four years.

Participating nations all contribute to the upkeep and development of the facilities. They can have their own sectors within the main area - like embassies - where they can install and maintain any facilities they wish to

The cronies at FIFA then only have one job to do: the one they are supposed to do. Administrate.

Football's most thinly veiled secret finally comes to light.
FIFA awards the WC to Qatar. Short of playing the World Cup in Antarctica, there couldn't be more ridiculous setting.
    No-one saw that coming!!

Shortly after, Bin Hamamm is banned for corruption. He just "happens" to be Qatari. FIFA cutting it's links. If this was the Mafia he'd have been found in the boot of a car somewhere.

Just amazing that it's taken this long for something to come to light around a shameful and sorry affair that everyone knew about...except FIFA of course.

I just hope it sticks and people are nailed to the f-ucking wall.

They should all be sacked from their jobs and given prison sentences and obviously replaced.

But that will never happen? As usual, they can do WTF they like?

Time for the likes of England,Germany,Spain,Italy(big football nations in Europe)USA and the Aussies to form a new federation.

Not only are these b*stards greedy, but they are idiots too.Common sense would have told you that England and Australia were the 2 best nations for the 2018 and 2022 World Cups.I don`t even agree with it being in Brazil either.

Nation that wins it should host the next one.
In the event the host nation wins - it goes to the runner up.

    or

take the 4 semi finalists pick the nation that last held it longest ago

Bids should be set at the same amount
    Plans can be pre approved

Not rocket science and decided on the pitch
    where it should be
