    Charlie Telfer Jumps Ship

Ten years at Ibrox and now, with just one year away from joining the gers in the premiership, he leaves to join dundee utd.

Very sad day for Rangers. Got to think there's more to the story as to why he'd leave now?

Was he even offered a new contract?

I don't blame the lad. I blame the board.

He's going to a club with a manager that gives young kids a chance. A club that's not in danger of going into administration. A club playing in Scotland's top division that supplies players to the national team.

As you say, why would he want to leave now, must be more to the story.

    Now, wait a minute.

Ally has just signed a contract with Miller for what is, I'm sure, a lot more money than it would have taken to give telfer a two year contract.

That would be more than enough to get telfer into the premiership, with the gers, who have a much brighter future than dundee utd, let's be honest, here.

Telfer is a die-hard blue nose.

I bet you what happened is telfer either wasn't offered a contract, or he was offered to be paid week to week.

A crying shame to see Miller under contract (he's a done-in player) while Ally let's one of the brightest young stars at Ibrox go.

    Criminal.

I think hes looked at the situation and thought I can play another season under McCoist and watch as the club goes into administration again or start playing in premier league next season.

The boy has just thought whats best for his career and done that

So Charlie does what you say, Jimmy, and clapped-out Miller joins a Championship side?

My head hurts. I can't make any sense of it.
