Take a pac-a-mac, souwester, galoshes and a sturdy, re-inforced brolly.

I've heard the weather is going to be atrocious, fortunately we're in a box.

Not sure what forecast you've looked at, weather looks fantastic.

6.00pm Aldwick Bay (amateur riders race so go small stakes).
6.35pm Aledaid (Expensive failure first time up, should make amends here. Looks one to go in big on!!).
7.10pm Divine (Tricky race to weigh up with a number with chances. But I'm sure you'd like to back a Channon trained horse and jockey rides the course well).
7.45pm Granell (Weak race, the fave with Queally on board again (same as Divine) ought to be tough to beat).
8.15pm Joys of Spring (Tricky race for maiden fillies - leave it!! She was decent 2nd behind good horse last time and could win this).

8.45pm Rapid Advance (Probably not the race to be getting out of trouble in, but a recent change of stables for this horse might do the trick).

Good luck - Me, I'm at Earl's Court to see Arcade Fire!!

Before I got contact lenses I once got my glasses smashed up in the opening song of a Wonderstuff gig (1989 I think). Couldn't see a ****ing thing for the rest of the set. Don't think I've been near a moshpit area since.

I alreday know the right spot for me at Earl's Court...shame the Missus will struggle to see anything!!

Just done the mowing meself - you won't believe it, I've got another flamin' mole.

You move house and what happens???? This one's a stealth mole, doesn't go for the big **** off mounds, more a gentle elevation of the soil. But don't think I ain't spotted him.

He's got 2 weeks to **** off or he goes the same way as the last one (dead by professional services).

Ain't down to the house/garden, mate. It's prolonged exposure to the sun with no protection. You will go on those exotic hols.

Best advice is get yerself down to the Community Hospital quam celerime. They'll do all the tests and see ya right. May mean you don get to Earls Court tonite, but yer 'ealth's more important than a gig from yesterday's band.
