They should bring in a home players rule so at least 6 or 7 players are English in any starting team

england seem to have suffered more than anyone else due to having big money in their domestic league.

spain, italy, germany and france all won world cups or euros in modern times while having rich leagues.

so why cant england be the same.

its not just the players its the coaches , same for Scotland all the other countries passed us by tactics and technique wise in the last 20 years and we still havent really realised it or acted on it

Scotland and England have the same problem. Kids grow up, playing great football then they discover booze and women and make an @rse of themselves - either that or they think they're billy big-baws after 2 or 3 games.
