    Good Referendum Article

Interesting take on the referendum from Tom Brown in the Daily Record:

TOM BROWN slams the "mind-numbing,-calling" tactics of the independence campaign and says it's unthinkable a border will be built between him and his seven grandchildren living in England.

[i]OF THE hvndreds of thousands of words I have written about politics, these are the most crucial: I fear for my family, my friends and my country.

If independence happens, my grandchildren will become outsiders and friends over decades will become foreigners. To me and many with cross-border connections that is unthinkable.

When the needless folly of a referendum was announced, I decided to stay out of it. Let the kneejerk nationalists have their fling; sensible Scots will see us right.

As the mind-numbing,-calling campaign has dragged on, I was glad to be spared the boredom and exasperation of covering and commenting on it.

Of all political events I have recorded A– general elections, party conferences, domestic

Have you ever heard of Photoshop or do you really think that the Flying Scotsman actually has a photo of fat Alex with the white paper emblazoned on it's side.

Well seeing that the 'Whitepaper' is a mere Guess List/Wish List at best, and utter utter 5h1te at worst, what difference does it make that the picture has been photoshopped?? It's no more fake than the wad of paper the pie eater and his fellow tartan trumpets pulled out of thin air.

What's your beef?? One is a fake, the other is...

    ...er, a fake!!
