Well i too dont see the need to include London, in the badge.

Prefer a shield to a circle, Other than that i am for keeping the hammers and doing away with the castle. And obviously claret and blue, more claret than blue though.

    I was asked.

No problem with changing the badge
No problem with dropping the castle.
Colours should be Claret and Blue

I took issue with them trying to brand us as West Ham Olympic or West Ham London.

My feedback to them was that the place we play the game should not define us but the style, ethos and heritage of the club.

    Obviously fell on deaf ears!

As much as it grates West Ham London makes sense from a global marketing point of view.

We don't have to call it that. It'll be for our new Plastic fans

What`s irritating me is that after "consultation" they are going ahead with their OWN design anyway, there has been many good designs I have seen on various websites, why not put their`s up against fan designs and have a PROPER vote.

I doubt that was ever on the cards, Alf.

They're thinking worldwide and after we move stadiums/get a mega investor.

They're not going to let grubby East End Oiks interfere with a billion pound decision

this move as great as it is imo will give sobs on our identity but thats the price it would seem, 10 years from now it won't interest many, perhaps a few though...
