the mythical big tax case debt hanging over the club meant the bank forced david murray to sell to craig whyte who operated a massive con with collier bristow lawyers and didnt pay anyone which forced the old company into liquidation, the club was then bought as a going concern along with other assets of the the oldco by sevco which secured its history , titles etc in the eyes of the football authorities home and abroad and all legal and business experts.

he was forced to sell, craig whyte was the only bidder, so they forced him to sell - happy now?

The buns went into liquidation all for nothing and the new version are in worse shape than oldco ever were.

Murray could have kept the buns and they would have been in ok shape
