I am loving all this pysh fae the Zombies who think they have won something today. All thats happened is that HMRC have had their share of the Creditors pot reduced, but only if they dont appeal this decision.

Now that the decision has been reached, there will be a clamour tae make sure the loans are repaid now that they have been legally viewed as loans, lots of players wont be happy and will be looking out their side letters tonight, tae prove they werent loans, giving HMRC evidence for an appeal...
