Tickets for spurs match

Checked the west ham site today like I do most days and noticed the tickets for spurs match come on general sale tomorrow, I've been waiting to get my membership sorted but nothing on website so I phoned up west ham 45mins later I get to speak to a operator who's tells me no memberships for this game just general sale and she ain't got a clue if they are having them this year everyone phoning up to find out the same as me apparently, did I miss something about this or is it just our ticket office being useless as usual.
20 pts on my membership which seem to be absolutely useless anyway.

membership A£35 ... there was never a doubt about membership...they always leave it late to put it on site ect...though im a ST holder so wouldnt care either way tbh
