Good news. Not sure I trust the daily moan reporting. If he stays and wins his rightful midfield berth then we can all be optimistic.

HamsterCheeks might be "persuaded" to actually use him this season. Well let's hope so...

He needs to play in Nolans position but let's be honest. . . . . . . James Rodriguez couldn't dislodge Allardyces favourite son from the starting line-up so Ravel has no chance.

I think even Allardyce's most selective viewing won't save Nolan from the wave of opposition should Nolan start churning out sh1t performances this season. We have multiple options and have spent a lot of money to bolster them.

I'd like to think that Sully will lean on BFS sufficiently. Whilst I don't usually like the idea of members of the board interfering in team selection... here's on exception i'm quite happy to make.

I dont see Nolan being so untouchable this season tbh, Sam started subbing him regularly at the end of last season. He also know he hung onto his job by a whisker and has to look beyond the previous methods employed.
Nolan is an excellent club captain and has done a lot for the spirit within the whole squad but his age is showing on the pitch, I think Morrison will feature more this season, as long as his attitude is kept in check.

Remember patience is a virtue & Morrison will get his chance when Nolan is suspended at XMAS
