And don't forget he turned us down before. He also couldn't be arsed to sign an autograph at a dinner the season we went down.

He may know where the net is occasionally but I'd prefer someone more committed, which I hope Valencia is.

Didn't Gary Breen have a fair world cup once? oŸ˜
Sam has gone and bought another player with no prem experience, I doubt Valencia's club will take less than 15 mill so yeah that price does seem true. It's not like Sam to spend big dosh on **** though is it? oŸ˜ Ba chases the dollar? Would rather have him doing that at ours scoring goals like he did at Newcastle and chelsea may I add that fact oŸ˜›

yes but exactly how much prem experience did Ba have when he came to us the first time ?

Also, Valencia has some pretty impressive scoring stats for his current club which probably drives the price up (plus his age) since his club have to replace those goals...that is all you can really look at to assess a player unless you can predict how a player will play in the PL.

There are dozens of players who have succeeded when coming to the Prem with no experience and dozens who have not...the same could be said of English players at different clubs though. We just have to wait and see.

Backing up guesswork with more guesswork. I'm happy with the punt on Valencia and taking Ba back is like taking a wife back after her toyboy's dumped her.

Sam should be sacked because he didn't re-sign a player that won't re-sign for us & also because Breen wasn't very good
