    Mad Transfer fees

I heard on the radio this morning that Real Madrid's combined transfer fees for Ronaldo, Bale and Rodriguez is more than Ajax have spent on transfers in their entire history.

Can anyone keep up with them...Fair Play anyone ?

    re: Mad Transfer fees

I know as of a couple of seasons ago Real and Barce were subsidised, or at least had debts written off at regular intervals. This is precisely the kind of nonsense that UEFA were meant to be getting rid of, but it seems they're more interested in seeing how much money they can get from fining chronic over-spenders than making things more equitable.
Unsurprising considering the spineless nature of UEFA.
