Probably the Mirror putting two and two together and getting 5.

    c+p from the mirror today.

West Ham are ready to offload Ravel Morrison - because the midfielder is not in Sam Allardycea€™s plans for the new season.

The England Under-21 international, a fansa€™ favourite at Upton Park, is recovering from a minor groin Aoperation while the rest of the Hammers' squad are touring New Zealand.

The procedure was delayed, however, after Morrison refused to have the op because he was frightened about being cut.

It is claimed Allardyce a€œdidna€™t seem that Asympathetica€ West Ham had to persuade the player the surgery was necessary ahead of the new season.

Morrison is also said to have left Big Sam exasperated with an aversion to long-haul flights.

It comes two years after Morrison, 21, refused to drink anything other than official a€˜West Ham bottled watera€™ during a pre-season stay in Germany.

The former Manchester United schemer has been at St Georgea€™s Park in the Midlands this

It's bad news for us but great news for Ravel if fatty don't want him - he will ruin the boys career playing dinosaur football

But if this is true, fatty should be dragged in front of the Daves and made to explain himself

We have one of the brightest (in footballing terms if not mentally) young players in Europe, in a position we are crying out for creativity, and despite the remit fatty has to entertain and score more goals he apparently don't figure in Fattys plans

It's bordeline ****ing negligence, especially when that waste of an XXL shirt Nolan starts every game he's not banned for

I know its all paper talk but if Morrison is ducking an opp as his scared of being cut I dont want him at the club even though he may be the greatest thing since George Best

Billy Bonds had a toe removed to play and we are siding with him FFS

Dont like BFS but the hat doesnt fit on this one

Ask yourself, you are a professional footballer who has signed a contract that basically stops you having a say about injections and surgery as the club own you and you wobble as they say you need surgery and its stopping you being fit early enough for the season?

how many on this board (if young enough) would swap places with him and say get on with it but can I have plenty of pain killers and a nurse that can take the chrome off a ball hitch.

BFS is a **** but Morrison IF this is all true is up there with him

The Daily Snail is more appropriate, last years news today. OK slightly exaggerated but they probably heard all this months ago and decided to wait until they couldnt find any other rubbish to print.

As far as i know, hes already had the op, and some of the other stuff seems a bit like a rehash of Dicanio`s problem. Next week he`ll have been kicked in the nuts by Nolan.

mentioned this a while back that his future with us is not assured, as i said then i wouldn't be surprised if he was no longer on our books come season start,

why? only he and the Team, the D's and Lardman know.
