Just a few tweaks:

Lansbury might not be able to start straightaway, so Vaughn for him. I think Silva might not be ready to be thrown in the deep end just yet.
So maybe Osborn or McLoughlin to step in.

Then we have the issues of transfers, if one of Darlow, Lascelles even Henri are to be sold soon, then replacements to fill their positions.

Pearce needs at least until December to see whether he can make the side competitive. Unless he endures the kinda of start that SmC had then nothing can save him I'm afraid.

If he brings us to December in say 10th place thereabouts with a gap of say 6 - 8 points of 6th place, he should be allowed to see it through the finish.

That's my view.
