I have had PF mentioned to me. We'll see.

My thought may be for the delay. Is that maybe the shuffle around deal wise, is what has made it a back burner, until all is clear?

Of course we need one. You have one and his job is mainly making sure the Peas are well stocked, local pies are bought and that the players have enough oranges at half time.
Ray may ask for the odd cupper but I bet he doesn't want his right hand man over loaded.
Running a club as big as yours must be heart attack material.
