SP said Burnley's last bid was a long way off the valuation put on him. Pearce has told him and his agent, a new contract discussion is on.

Whilst Lans is brilliant when he performs for us. He spends as much time being treated.
If Burnley doubled their offer and he went, then we'd be happier to accept it.
