How do I start a National campaign to get these ****s off of the roads during peak commuting times?

Every feckin night I get stuck behind one, I swear they drive really slowly just to piss everyone off, and if they are well it's working.

Most off of the ones round my way drive at OUTRAGEOUS speeds and are an danger to other road users and most off f them are only sixteen (16) or so too.

The proliferation* off of them atm is due to that it's harvest time and they're all busy mowing grass or summat.

I've cousins who are half Norwegian (born in west Cumbria tho). They used to go spend a few week every year with there Norge grandparents. They loved it . Getting up in the morn and cutting a hole in the frozen lake to fish for their breakfasts.

In other farming related news, an milk tanker drove past my gaff this morning absolutely GUSHING milk out off of this back and ofs left an foul smelling lactose snail trail behind it.
