Would be the perfect start to the Championship season for the Rangers, when considered together with selling only half the season tickets they'd hoped, and failing in their latest attempt to sell shares.

Rangers may scrape through the season, financially, maybe getting another loan and selling assets, but if they don't get promotion, they're dead as a dodo.
