    Christian Atsu Finally Signs Season Long Loan With Everton




    Chelsea's Christian Atsu joins Everton FC on season-long loan.


    Everton FC have completed the signing of Chelsea winger Christian Atsu on a season-long loan.

    The 22-year-old Ghana international finalised the move yesterday, and is aiming to impress at Goodison Park.

    "It is a really good move for me because they play good football and are a hard-working team," Atsu told reporters. "They also have a great coach with fantastic fans.

    "This is my first season in the Premier League and it is a really high level or me. It is a big opportunity to prove myself."

    Everton manager Roberto Martinez already appears to have ruled out a permanent stay for the winger when his loan agreement expires.

    "The loan market is what it is. We always want to use that to our advantage. Here is a really good opportunity for the three parties - the parent club, ourselves and the player," he said.
