    Half/Half Scarves

Oh dear, where did this idea come from.

They're supposed to be a way of remembering events without buying an expensive programme.

F.ucking hells teeth, first day of the season and some foppish dandy, comes up with this.

    Stupid,stupid,stupid. And so wrong,wrong,wrong.

Back in the day, I remember West Ham/Rangers and West Ham/Portsmouth.

    Nothing new.

Been happening since the 80's. Cant see the issue tbh.

I remember talking to a proud Dundee Utd supporter yonks ago who was chuffed as fck to wear his DU/WH scarf before a game at UP. We were his English team, so good for him that he and his mate came down.

Not obviously, we won!...I assume he and his mate toddled off home happy!

When I first read this thread, made me think of the half/half scarves from 80's WHU/Rangers or Celtic. But also remember seeing a Dundee Utd half/half scarf at Upton Park and I remember thinking how wierd. Wonder if it was your Scots mate.

They said there was a Dundee 'West Ham supporters club' which was part of a 'Scottish Hammers club'...it was back in the late 80's so they are now probably like me...a proper old (unt!

I know you can't see the issue Thames and I don't doubt your honesty Sir. I'm sure your sincerely sincere.

    But say it becomes fashionable.

    West Ham/Real Madrid
    West Ham/Barcelona
    West Ham/Bayern Munich

Are we happy now ? or is it a phony association, a lure like a fake rolex.

I'm probably the one Thames, who doesn't understand the new world like you do.
