Irrespective of what Kilmarnock may say in public, their artificial pitch will influence our team selection and rightly so. We should not risk players who are marginal fitness wise.

A few years ago Dunfermline claimed their artificial pitch was the best thing ever, but it was anything but. Some of their players slated it, but only after they left their employment at EEP of course.

Artificial pitches may be the way ahead but technically they have a long way to go before they can match a reasonable grass playing surface.

We can't play on plastic. We're having enough trouble on grass at the moment and McCall won't risk injured player's on that surface. We'll come home empty handed.

Since the start of our season Europe/League, we have been pretty sh1t on both surfaces so let's hope for some improvement. Surely we can't get worse.

No chance. We'll lose 2 or 3 nil.

elf - I think you are not far off the mark and your prediction could be a distinct possibility, but Motherwell being Motherwell, I can see them scoring a few today to bounce back. More than in hope than anything else.

1 0 down after 8 minutes. Another long range effort i gather.
