    Shameful

That's not the team. It's some of the so called fans who come on this forum and slag the manager and team unless we are winning. I would hate to have McCall's job. He has the team outperforming each year but gets slated every time we have a slip. I don't always agree with his tactics but he is the one that takes training every week so he's in the best place to make a call on the team and formation. No manager would bench a player that was a standout at training. The long and short of it is we are skint, as is the rest of Scottish Football and the quality on the park is suffering as a result. We have a thrown together team just now due to injuries and players having to play out of position so get a grip. The only way we supporters can help is getting down to Fir Park and getting behind the team. Either that or just hide behind your keyboards.

We may be skint but it doesn't cost a penny to get player's fit enough to play 90 minutes of football. I agree with you, McCall's done well in league terms anyway, cups is another story, To finish 2nd twice in a row is a helluva achievment, but to expect to start a european and league campaign with players blowing out their a*** after half an hour is a joke. He's failed to get the basics correct from the start, it's not rocket science, to play football you need to run, if you have run you need to be fit. A blind man could see our squad isn't fit for purpose at the moment. He's done well so far with us, and i agree some of the criticism is over board, but all the previous season's work will go out the window if he doesn't get thing's turned around.

I don't know where you all get this unfit lark. The players look no faster or slower than they did last season. Unless you are all privy to their fitness data held by the club you are all t

Nobody is hiding behind keyboards. We are making the long trek the length and breadth of the country paying an over inflated price for a pi#s poor product. We are paying season ticket money buying programmes and spending money in the shop , so dont talk sh#t. We are entitled to an opinion and it just so happens we are paying to watch a team of also fans and young boys. The team McCall has craftred together. Hes a chancer who has been very lucky . Hes sat on his ars# hoping for some miracle from the start of the season that's whats shameful. By the way ill be there next week.

They are unfit, simple as that. As i said they are blowing out their a***. If you can't see that during a game you must be watching something different from most people. You certainly don't need any fitness data to work out our player's don't have the required fitness to compete at this level at the moment. So i take steviex has the fitness data then.

No I dont but Im not dumb as to think the team have been in training for 2 months with their finger up their @rse having a fag. Tell me what would the point of that be and why would McCall or any manager allow that to happen? For your assessment to be true the team must basically have been doing fpuck all in training for 2 months. Do you seriously think that's probable?

Was John Sutton any faster with Hearts no he wasn't. So he must be doing pretty much the same. Bob McHugh crap as he is is at least a stone lighter that he was last season so I don't suppose hes had his finger up his ar

Ok, lets get this right. Pace and fitness are two different things altogether. I'm not having a go at sutton for how fast or how slow he is, i couldn't care less what weight bob mchugh is compared to last season, i know carswell is a slower than a week in the jail. What my gripe is, and i think the majority of the board would agree that our player's were not ready for the start of the season, they weren't fit enough. You can be the fittest man on the planet but it won't really make you run that much faster, but it certainly will help with sharpness, and at least have the ability to last 70 minutes without breathing out their a***. I to doubt they've been standing around with their finger up their a*** having a fag, but what iv'e seen so far compared to the other sides we've faced is maybe a little more work on the basic fitness side of things would help no end.

Our greatest problem is lack of pace. We must have the slowest team and certainly midfield in Scotland. We can't break at pace and we're too slow to close the opposition down. This should have been addressed during the close season as its been a long running weakness. Keith Lasley, for example, looks as though he's lost a bit of pace from last season, which isn't surprising given his advancing years.

Our pre season was terrible it was a blur to me Lasey's yellow and red cards will be a fair few this season as he is getting slower and slower why a two year deal I never know.

A good point is we have lost all our pace from previous seasons most it gone so we do look slower Ainsworth is no Humphrey look just need to go with the flow this is what we have and it is not going to get any better...
