I wouldnt really feel comfortable meeting anyone from here or EM,its nothing personal as i get pleasure from the banter from both boards but ive never been any good at going to meet people who i dont know,its hard to explain...

The person who i would choose to meet would be buc as i dont think that he would be critical of me should he take a dislike of me at the meeting...

I would not turn up for the meeting if buc couldnt make it and Rab offered to take his place...

Chalky, this is a cop out. Many years ago i did some teaching, and felt anxious about being "on show".

Very soon it became mundane. When anxiety hits a peak it can only come down, and you start to enjoy yourself.

How you feel is NOT peculiar to you.

To suggest that you may be verbally or physically assaulted if you meet someone from on here is outrageous, as Buc says, were all ordinary people.

If you dont take risks and push yourself you will fold in on yourself. Join a dating agency, sky dive, go night clubbing and go blanket bombing. The list is endless, as long as it makes your hair stand up.

If you dont you will experience a living death.

Where did i say that i would be verbally or physically assaulted?...

I dont think for one minute that this would happen,as i said,i cant put into words how difficult it would be to meet up with people that i dont know and have a laugh with them,i would feel awkward in that situation,whats more i know that i would probably i would be the odd one out there and that in turn would make me feel uncomfortable even more...
