    What Cumbrains do well...

    Wind!

    It peed it down and blew a ****ing gale last neet that bad that it kept me awake most of the night in this tin can. No weather warning or owt. They must be used to inclement* weather that much up here that it's now second nature to have 80 mile a hour winds keeping me from my slumber.

    It were the same here in Gilcrux, and nee doot in the Moor too. But I were in an house, tucked up safely behind bricks 'n' mortar, so I hardly noticed.

    If you wasn't such an tightwad you'd* of booked an cottage. Miser.

    Big Dave My**** off our* Mong bourd offered it me fert week, so how could I say no. But I am a miser tbf.

    Bin good though, scaled a couple of mountains, been to go ape at Grizedale... Which were particularly brill. Ghyll scrambled yesterday which were ace... And shot stuff Tuesday... But didn't of to become a taxi driver to do it.

    Like it up here tbf

    I were too busy careering down multiple zip wires to notice owt. They've* got a new zip wire course which whether you of kids or not...Is fab
