    Predictions v Ipswich (H)

With Ibe signing, will he go straight into the squad or will we leave him out until Forest after the international break?

I think we will win 2-0, Martin and Bryson grabbing the goals.

The team I think, not necessarily want:

    Grant
    Christie Keogh Buxton Forsyth
    Eustace
    Hughes Bryson
    Ward Dawkins
    Martin

Subs: Roos, Shotton, Mascarell, Hendrick, Ibe, Russell, Best.

4-0 rams. I really fancy us for this one.

It's a game I think we should win, although we haven't beaten them at home since November 2006. And we've only beaten them twice in total since that game, both obviously away from home.

i don't really buy these historical stats when it comes to football, especially as it changes so quickly and teams quite often have a completely different side from one season to the next.

monkeys are there to come off backs!

I know but a lot of trends always seem to follow no matter what. I wonder how many different players have played for Derby and Leeds since they last beat us??

I think we'll win this one but won't keep a clean sheet. 2-1 Rams

Russell in over Dawkins. I think Dawkins had a very poor game v Charlton and failed to take his opportunity. Russell is a match-winner for me tomorrow. I expect a real slog of a match V McCarthy's Ipswich. Not pretty but we will just edge it: 2:1. It will be a parked bus with McGoldrick dangerous on the break.

ps. I actually think Whitbread should stay in the side after his Charlton display but suspect Bucaneer Buxton

I would start Russell over Dawkins too, I just think Steve rates Dawkins a lot. We will see but I will perfectly happy if my prediction is wrong and it's Russell for Dawkins.
