    Ibe's Contract

According to the papers today Liverpool have insisted he plays in at least half our games, injuries permitting. If we don't play him in 50% of the games we have to cough up £250k more the less he plays up to £500k. I can't see Mac agreeing to that though. Think of the effect on other players.

No way can I see Mac agreeing to that, it's a no win for us really unless he is magnificent at this level. That would mean if he's not actually that good we either have to still play him, or leave him out and cough up a significant sum of money!

I don't see the problem. ward's hamstrings don't usually permit too much over 70 minutes. bringing him on in 1 game out of 2 should be the minimum he'd play anyway!

Paper talk I'd imagine, saying that I think once he starts he'll be a regular, I also think the same with Shotton!
