I really don't see how Corky manages to muck this up so often. It's not difficult.

Good to meet up with a few old timers, I expect an invite to the next Truss meet.

I was concerned about the Daggers' drum but was pleased to see them use it sparingly and amusingly. Good little version of Twist & Shout!! Had a feeling we might win when after 1 min they started singing "Drawing away, how sh*t are you".

Shocking stuff for 40 mins mind, I was wondering whether I could watch a pub team for £20 less. Decent goal and much better second half.

Very impressed with Whatmough - he's clearly our most talented player by a long way. Comfortable on the ball, good positional sense and never wasted a pass (unlike all the others). My one concern is that he clearly needs to lose some weight and gain an extra yard in pace. Looks more suited to be a defensive midfielder.

How do I muck it up so often? I haven't see Pompey win at FP since we scraped a win against Bury around November last year. Haven't seen them play well and win since the game against Sheff Utd the season before that. Just you wait until Satdee.

All are always invited to the Truss musters. Really shocking for 40 mins we were and tbh I didn't see that goal coming. Dunny got the MOM award for that which again is laughable, they share them around I know. I couldnt see that Dagenham had any arguments with either the sending off or the penalty. However lots of arguments both inside and as we filed across the main car park afterwards with regard to the disallowed goal. I would love to see it again but I reckon the linesman got it right. I sit right in line with the FE goal line and Storey was in front of Westcarr (who had taken a few steps back before he hit it) when the cross was made. Never mind it is all in the past now and looking forward to Saturday already plus the arrival of Corky bless him

And another thing, I'd forgotten about the 12 hour digestive period for one of Mick's Monsters!! Caused me trouble all night.

Had an egg bacon roll for a change. As we won I had better stick to that I reckon. Did anyone hear the announcers boob after the disallowed goal ?

I sit right in line with where Storey was and when Westcarr crossed the ball Storey was in front of him with only the goalie between him and the goal line. Therefore he had to be offside.. I would love to see it again but it was no surprise to me that the lino raised his flag when Storey touched the ball. Don't understand why Westcarr got booked under the SS, what was that all about ?
