Im probably the most negative punter on here when it comes to Motherwell mate but I really fail to see what not supporting the team will improve. I fully respect your right to call for the managers head but why take it out on the players and the club. Fans deserting them in droves no matter how utter pish they are isnt going to help them in any way shape or form. Stevie. They have my money . I wouldnt put my worst enemy through the shambles that is Motherwell. I will await the drivel that McCall spouts. Accies down to ten men and we fail to stick on another striker but continue to pump the high ball through the middle for Sutton to flick it onto no one. The man is clueless. I have said for a long time he is chancer who has brought dross into this club. I have followed this club for a very long time but this man is dragging us down. Watch this space.

The result won't change; we're out. It wasn't a feast of football, but we did have chances - at the very least as many as the Accies had, and probably better chances at that. We weren't, at any point, under sustained pressure.We lost on penalties, not 5 - 0 in normal time. (I'll make a forecast for the next round; Aberdeen will get a penalty).
I walked back to Dalmarnock station on Sunday with another couple of 'Well fans. We were all sure that Ojamaa would start against the Accies, and I'm still surprised that he didn't. I hope he's on from the start on Saturday, making a nuisance of himself in a way that nobody managed to do tonight. Plenty to work on, but nothing to fear on Saturday.

The only fear is McCall. Hes clueless. That team were there for the taking. As ive said before hes bought donkeys for two seasons and now its catching up with us.

I've said all along, Stuart McCall is a sh&te manager who is tactically inept, cannot prepare and motivate the team and continually makes the wrong decisions in matches when it really matters. Ainsworth off for Ramsden last night when we were on top? Utter madness, just like his failure to change shape when Aberdeen were reduced to 10 men last season and his resting players for an under 20s game against Albion Rovers.

McCall has led a very charmed life whilst with us as his record in the league disguises some serious and damaging flaws. He's been very fortunate in the SPFL/SPL in that he had a settled good side with no injuries in 11/12 and 12/13, and enjoyed an enormous amount of good fortune last season as we scraped wins we didn't deserve time and again but show him a big match, a Cup game, one that is actually important to the club financially and one that means so much more to the support and he falls short.

You're joking right? We will do absolutely nothing in that Cup either with this manager except whimper out at the first hurdle, probably against Aberdeen at Fir Park or away to Auchinleck Talbot after McCall rests half the team for a five a side match the next day.

Fed up listening to terracing geniuses, away and play your football manager game (whatever version it's up to now). We have NO money! NO sugar daddy to pump cash into club and a VERY limited fan base! Just who would you get to replace S McC who would guarantee a cup success??? FFS we have only won 3 national cups in our TOTAL history (not counting the Summer cup).

I'm not even asking for a Cup win, just for us to stop whimpering out at the first hurdle of every competition we enter. That's part of the reason why we have no money as you say.

Since February 2012 when we beat Morton we have won one, ONE solitary game in a knock out competition out of something like six****. That is disgraceful, obscene even. And perhaps more worryingly, out of all of those losses there is not one that we can point to and say we were unfortunate to lose because we were murder in every single one of them and deployed the wrong tactics, wrong shape and were second best in attitude in them all too and I hold McCall responsible for that.

Attitudes Iike 'ah we're a small club, no money, no fan base' are what McCall and those higher at Fir Park thrive on, because it reeks of a losers mentality and it excuses pathetic showings in important cup ties which have the potential to bring revenue into the club and perhaps even more importantly, attract some of he he stay away f
