    RK's pre-QPR press conference,

..with thanks to SWF's Saint Armstrong for saving me having to type it all out again.

[i]- It isn't realistic for Southampton to qualify for the Champions League this season
    - I remember one of the last questions you asked about us before the season, and that was totally different
    - But, that's football...
    - The season is 38 games long
    - It's a long and tough season
    - Okay, we have had a very good start with all the changes that we've made
    - Expectations are higher than before the first game
    - But it will be more difficult, we have to realise that and keep going with what we've done so far
    - We planned to have Wednesday off, and Jose Fonte said to me 'Boss, we'd like to come to train tomorrow'
    - I said 'But you have a day off, I planned a lot of things with my wife!'
    - We changed it and we had a recovery session
    - I have never had that, a squad saying 'no day off'

    re: RK's pre-QPR press conference,

The more I hear from RK the more impressed I am with the man, and how thankful I am that Poch left us. May the meltdown continue...

    re: RK's pre-QPR press conference,

Great to see such positive comments, particularly the Jose Fonte story. SFC is clearly a great place to work after the alleged dictatorship under Cortese. It's also interesting to hear that Adam Lallana convinced Fraser Forster to join Saints! Makes you wonder how much of the media stuff was true about Adams departure. Either way he has been replaced ten fold by Dusan Tadic. Isn't it great that we are so far shoving a lot of words down a lot of throats. I just hope we can rip Arry's QPR a new ars3hole!!

    re: RK's pre-QPR press conference,

He's been very understated in the interviews I've seen. Let's the results on the pitch do the talking.
His touchline demeanour is positive too. Not slow to get up and show his displeasure and/or offer encouragement. Like that.
