How do I upload a photo to a topic ?

Help ...even Scully can do this!!!!
How do I do this.. all I can find is how to upload an avatar and I know if I fiddle with this then the legendary bluekite avatar will be lost and gone forever

The way I do it ,is

Google and open Tinypic
Press browse and open a picture from your library
Black out the message board formula
Copy and paste it to your topic

All done

When you've uploaded the pic in Tinypic 'Copy' the link provided for message boards and then 'Paste' it in the thread on FF
