Fish and chips in the Bridge highly recommended. It comes 4th best on my tasting list for Southern England.

The Corkus Bestest Awards are given for fish and chips only as that is all I ever eat.

I shall take umbrage with you here Corky. I have tasted the Whitby version you mention and to my mind (and the Missus) they were not a patch on the Lyme Fish Bar in Lyme Regis which is the best I've ever had.
