It was a poached-fried egg, sunny side up, on a bed of baby spinach on a fresh corn tortilla. Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to season. Glass of freshly squeezed orange juice on the side and several cups of fresh ground coffee.

Spinach and egg are both local and produced in natural chemical and drug-free environments.

Tortillas are from a local tortilla processing plant.

Gave Ching-li the boot yesterday. Kinda bored with her, and there's another nubile young college student -- ice skater -- who's been trying to get into my pants, so, will likely give that a go

I said that because I do most of my shopping in Tesco's. You cannae whack runny yolks and tom sauce.
