    Colchester United

Looking forward to Mark Robins first game in charge and hopefully a decent attendance as we start a new era.

As much as I'd like to see us start with a bang, I'll take anything that produces back to back wins for the first time and starts to move us up the table.

Colchester are not quite the mugs some people are suggesting. They have only lost two of their last seven league games and those were against Sheffield United and Preston NE. They have also picked up more points on their travels than at home so hardly 'there for the taking'. Also a welcome back to the club for Freddie Sears who has six goals to his already and could cause our centre backs a problem with his movement and pace.

    Roll on Saturday!

I admire your optimism but remember this squad have only won three league games all season and two of those were against ten men. That's a fairly damning statistic. Let's hope with a new managerial team assessing them they cut out the stupid errors and lack of concentration that have cost us so many points.
