    Forest Punching Above Vaughn's Weight

Anyone see him putting his top on when coming on as a sub? Andy Reid diet if you ask me.

    Anyway, Forest's results:

    Beat Blackpool 24th
    Drew with Bolton 23rd
    Beat Bournemouth 9th
    Beat Reading 16th
    Beat Huddersfield 17th
    Beat Sheffield Wednesday 11th
Drew with the Mighty Rams 2nd
    Beat Fulham 22nd
    Drew with Millwall 18th
    Drew with Brighton 20th
    Drew with Wigan 19th
    Drew with Ipswich 6th
    Lost to Cardiff 12th.

7 out of the bottom 8 they have played in just 12 games.

It's only going to get harder.

They even beat Tranmere in the cup who are bottom of the whole league.

Good luck Watford. Might regret that at the end of the season. Might regret this thread, but i don't care.

League positions now are different to league positions when teams play each other.

6th place Derby County beat 4th place Blackpool 5-1 last year. That sounds a lot more impressive than 3rd place Derby County beat 20th place Blackpool 5-1.

More sort of highlighting that they have most of the top half to play.

    That sounds more impressive.

And according to Rattea, you aint achieved nothing till you beat the Top six teams. If you make it into play offs and a Wembley final without having beaten them, then it doesnt count

But in this case, he is right. They're going to have to, to stay in the play-offs.

Well if you look at it like that we have only beaten one team in the top 12.
Sorry if I sound like Rats but facts are facts!!!
We are also approaching the time last season when we went on our run of 8 wins and one draw which took us into the new year.If we keep on as we are I really will start to believe that this could be the season!!

Or lost one from 6, whichever way you like.

Plus we have played 6 of the 12, with 3 being away from home, but i can't be ****d to go into that. Oh wait, i can. Forest have played 3 with 2 being at home. But whatevs.

But it was supposed to be a thread about Forest's start to the season and impending car crash.

Plus i was supposed to be getting bites. Will make it busy tomorrow if they win and we don't.

I'd be very cautious about reading too much into the stats at this stage of the season.

Even when we were doing well, few of us except say Es*** were saying this was gonna be our season. We can say we have a team that can challenge on paper and early results show this.
Top half? I think yes, Top 6, maybe, autos - no way to decipher even if we look at other teams. I thought Norwich were good for it, but like us have hit a sticky patch.

Derby are on a good one - is it 1 loss in 15? Can they sustain it? Can you say for sure? Wil
