Pretty much none TBH , got to say I was surprised he took the Bolton job ..hardy a top job eh , he has his work cut lets say , working along side Garside ( our outspoken chairman ----who happens to be a plant pot :-( ) will be a test for him , combine that with a very ( very ) poor side & no money to buy , plus look at our league position …
He did however manage to take all 3pts Saturday ( Birmingham away –another poor side ) lost last night at Charlton …..give him time & lets see what ( if ought ) he does

I read that he has banned players from wearing bob hats while at training …reckons its soft !
