    Derby v Nottingham

There is a big game on Saturday as Long Eaton United take on Worksop Town in the FA Vase 1st Round at Grange Park, Long Eaton.

As Forest are away on Saturday day its an ideal opportunity to take in a non-league game if you aren't travelling.

For information United are currently top of the Midland Football League, 6 points clear and aiming to gain promotion to the Evo-stick league.
It goes without saying that this is a big local derby and a good crowd is expected.

We are hoping for a few extra in the "home" end for the game and maybe you may like what you see and come again when you can't get to a Forest game.

Tickets are just £5 and £3 concessions.
We have a brand new bar and the clubhouse has been totally refubished to great standards.

For more details see the flyer below, hope to see a few of you down on Saturday or checkout our facebook/twitter or official site

Pardon him, his brains are usually numb from Tuesday through Friday.

Then again it's not much better on weekends.

Maybe on a Monday you might find he's okay for a brief spell just after his boss gives him a *******ing for the previous week's mess he created.

Not really. They are in Derbyshire under Erewash council. Wouldn't you want your address to associated with Nottingham rather than an area affiliated with Sheep molestation?
You might as well tell an Aussie he's related to Rolf Harris.

Yes "officially" we are derbyshire, which is why we play in the Derbyshire County Cup.
Played Chesterfield last season at the ProNet, lost 7-0 but it was the time when they weren't getting any league games so they fielded a full first 11.

The post code thing is our nearest sorting depot is in Nottinghamshire.

The phone number, well they just made that up. I still remember the days when your phone number was only 6 numbers!

Theoretically to make things worse the Leicester border is just 500 yards from Sawley (in Long Eaton) so we could be any of them!

Finally a Pie who realises that Derby are their rivals as well, and would be insulted if they regarded County as an ally and not a rival!
