I had a great time thanks Nevermore...

I got to Blackpool around one and had a walk around, went back to the hotel to watch the FA Cup draw for a hour or so before walking along the illuminations stopping for a few pints along the way...

Tuesday i decided to go to Liverpool and have a look around there and had a good time there doing the Beatles tourist thing...

You will be pleased to hear that i came home clap free...

Wanna do the Beatles thing. We were down Liverpool last year. We went Knowsley Safari park and watched the BBC walking with dinosaurs show at the Echo arena which was fantastic. I liked the Lego store too.

There are a few organized Beatles tours that are advertised but its very easy to do your own...

The Beatles story is in Albert dock and worth a visit and only a 15 min stroll fron the city centre and signposted all along the way so its impossible to get lost,i also went you go along to the famous Cavern club on Mathew St and the Grapes pub that was a Beatles favorite in the 60`s is just at the bottom of the street plus there loads of shops to keep the Mrs Nevermore happy...

I got a cob and a cup of tea and we ate them on the seafront and did indeed get divebombed by the seagulls for my food...
