Oh btw where's all our friends from the other forums, they were here in droves the last 2 (3) games?
Surely another round of taunts is due?![]()

Yes I know a victory can change things in an instant.
It was an emotional victory probably saved Pearce his job and the attack especially Antonio and Paterson never gave up.
But we could have so nearly lost. I counted at least 10x today the defense made the following errors:
1) Out of position
2) 2 or 3 sometimes 4 defenders going after 1 player or the ball, leaving huge gaps in the heart of defense.
3) Over playing the ball
4) No coordination, no leader.
5) Leaving just 1 defender with an awkward pass to hold up the opponent's attack, if he fumbled, they would have a clear run a goal.
6) Constant back-peddling inviting the opponent to keep coming.
7) No one snipes or attempts to make a tackle even when outnumbering the attacker.
Make no mistake Norwich could have won it before Antonio's winner. Lafferty (I think) ran past 3 defenders, all just watching and back-peddling, then even worse, the final 2 defenders holding the fort ran up to confront him, he made a telling pass with the

I have to say, how immense was Osborn. He never stops. Been in a Forest shirt for 6 months from the youth squad.
So underrated and not acknowledged.
I mentioned him in the last game against brentford.he doesn't stop and he can defiantly play football and isn't scared of taking players on.Originally Posted by Trickytreesreds

Notts fan here in peace.
Forest have had a bad time of it of late...dropped a few points...confidence hit...injuries to key players..and a manager still finding his feet..but despite everything...Forest are only 7 points from the top...I have said it before, but will say it again. Once ALL your injured players are back +with the quality and depth of your squad you will be there or thereabouts at the end of the season for sure.
Like all teams...you have had your bad spell...perhaps todays win will kick start your season off once again.
Good luck.
I'd love to believe that Clash, but I don't. We had injuries last season as well, with the same players.Originally Posted by Clashpie23

Would also like to mention that Martin and ruddy should of been sent off in that game.ruddy hit lascelles in the face which was a straight red and martin for a few fouls after picking up a yellow early on.lafferty was lucky Pearce wasn't on that pitch because he was fuming with his tackle on mm
I understand where you are coming from mate, but there is nearly 30 games to play for. It's going to be a long season with many twists and turns, ups and downs, but I believe Forest have the squad, fan base, ground, chairman, and even manager to get you into the premier league. Yes improvements will have to be made and new players brought in, but the nucleus of the squad is good in my book...I went down to see Forest the other night against Brentford and I saw a side a bit low on confidence leading to errors, but essentially you have some good players who have yet to gel into a team. This will happen over time(not a mere 17 games)..and when you do...results and performances will improve.
At the start of the season I put a few quid on Forest to go up and for Notts to finish in the top eight of our division...I am pretty confident I will be a few hundred quid up the end of the season.
All the best
