Many people calling for a change of management. The players for me still are the ones who need to analyse their own performances. I sometimes wonder if players are over-coached, removing the flare they may have once had. Uwe Rosler is the boss, some of our very well paid players seem to publicly disrespect this and thats why there seems to be discord in the group on the pitch. A new manager would make not a jot of difference in my view. Back the gaffer he needs more time. To put into perspective LVG wants 3yrs at Man U spending a massively greater budget , we're giving Uwe around 12mths this after an FA cup semi. Our club doesn't do boring mediocrity.

We are far worse than we was last season..
If the players dont respect Rosler then we will go down because we cant get much better ..
I do think we have missed McCann and he could make a big difference.. he was excellent up until he broke his knee against City
