Well they've definitely been the surprise package eh? after the crazy summer they had to think they'd be where they are was unthinkable..

They play lovely football and a few of there new signings look absolute class..

A little word for the other surprise package, west Ham.. great start for them and nice to see them playing better football too.

Agree mate i think Southampton will slightly fall away by the end of the season as will West Ham but a top 8 finish for both would be a very good achievement.

cant help but be impressed with em , they knock it about well & deserve to be where they are , like trick says , guess they may fall away towards the latter end of the season . personally I hope they go on to do something , how long was it when they were in the 3rd tier now ..?

Always had a soft spot for Soton...produced so many quality players down the years...a really well run club

As for the Hammers...as Tricky knows they are like the decorations...always down after xmas

Just a shame they are a poorly supported club. ,in one of the roughest areas of the country..
