Liquidation is simple, if you're liquidated then you're gone.

Not straight away though,it took 11 years for Airdrieonians to eventually be liquidated. Doesn't mean they survived for 11 years, just that it takes that long for all legal stuff to be sorted. They were dead from first day of liquidation. :/
