    great leaders understand their limitations

As I have said before even if we go down in bottom place I want evans to stay the manager for the start of next season.
    Now my complaint
Norwich this week made the signing of the season they brought in a proven experienced coach, Evans and Raynor have no championship experience and are tactically poor, they have had success by creating a hard working team with team spirit, both good things but not good enough at this level. We need to bring in an experienced coach to work with them cut out the best mates double act and accept they need help. If evans is a good leader he will know their limitations and act, if not the chairman needs to.
Evans tactics makes us predictable, birmingham have had 2 weeks to prepare for how we play because we all knew that it would be long ball to Revell

This 'no championship experience' makes me laugh. How much experience had Rowett got?

In the main, we have competed quite well. We're having a dodgy spell that we will recover from.
