    Is raynor the problem

I few people highlight that Raynor does the coaching that he is Evans close mate, that he sets tactics

If this is the case, is he the limitation (better word than problem) that is stopping us move forward?

Wouldn't know the answer to that one but we do seem to have regressed to the 1950's tactically. Whoever decided that the current set up is best for achieving results in the Championship needs to take a long, hard look at themselves in the mirror.

no idea but i'm sure he must see the players more than anyone, seems to always be at training and reserves games.

think it might be a good idea for Evans to sit in the stands for the first half though

people do talk some sh ite on here. i think you will find the problem is the lack of quality we have due to a very low budget for this league. i wish some of our deluded fans would realise that we are not a big club and we are punching above our weight. was raynor and evans the problem the last 2 seasons??? NO !! all of a sudden the 2 are not good enough and no good for this level. maybe some of our idiot fans can look at the bigger picture

I agree with Milly on this. We lack strength in depth and our starting 11 have to out work the opposition to make up for this. On Saturday we didn't and we got what we deserved, nothing.

It was just the same the last time we were at this level. The season we stopped running our blood to water we were more or less down by Christmas.

The reason we beat Blacburn, Leeds and out played Charlton in the second half is because we wanted it more. On paper those 3 sides would beat us week in week out.

Exactly. nail on head. our starting line up is predictable week in week out.

it almost picks itself cos we have no options simply cos we havent the budget to do so. evans needs to try and work some magic and find some decent loan signings. its like shoppin in sainsburys or aldi

That's it Derbymiller - genius - why didn't I spot it - SE's right hand man through promotion after promotion - it must be him.
...or the team has been promoted twice in succession and the players we can bring in are good players but not the better players in this league because their wages are double, treble even quadruple what we can pay - all the other teams are flirting with financial ruin to compete for players but our Chairman is too sensible for that - what am I talking about - what an idiot - of course it's Raynor it was staring us in the face all of the time - pure and simple - genius.

Yes the problem is lack of quality mostly, but playing hoof ball is not helping either.

We could have had better quality if we'd have not signed so many. Most of em aren't getting in the side what a waste of the budget that is.
