An Appellate Tribunal convened tonight to consider an appeal in relation to the decision of the Judicial Panel Disciplinary Tribunal taken on Thursday, 30th October 2014, relative to Aleksandar Tonev (Celtic FC).

The Tribunal, having heard submissions, will adjourn for consideration before reaching their determination within the next two weeks.

The Logan boy obviously misheard what Tonev said to him. Both are foreigners so it is easy to see how this confusion could arise.
