    Steve or Nigel?

Does it really matter? Nigel is not coming back. Steve is the current manager. Most are enjoying watching the Rams but when we lose get frustrated because we always want the Rams to win. Even Brian Clough got critised at times and look what happened to Dave McKay. Let’s ALL forget about previous managers and support the club. That doesn't mean you can't vent your frustration.

Nigel's hostory so for me its irrelevant. I don't ahve an issue with people venting their frustration, yes there are issues but int he end its how we do against the other 23 teams in this league and lets face it we are not Brighton or Wigan!!

Everyone has moved on, has accepted the change, and is looking to the future, bar one poster.

I agree frustrations should be allowed to be vented without it always turning into a "but Clough would have..." scenario.

That said, whilst frustration can be vented, lets not all post in the heat of the moment, claiming all sorts of ludicrous things. I waited until today, and feel there's no need for panic.

Lets all look forward to the toughest test in football vs. Chelsea tomorrow night. It'll be great to see such a team live if nothing else.

I can see what you mean by posts in the heat of the moment D_D but if you are on your own because you are not at the match (only go to home games) you feel as if you want to talk to someone and vent/discuss your frustration, for me this board fills that space as we all support the RAMS

    No ambition and no balls!
He has turned us around from last season but i doubt he has it in him to take us further.

He's excellent at stabilising clubs and laying good foundations but runs short of ideas after that.

You ahve summed him up very well, I don't think he is a "bad" manager, but he has his limitations, which was why our Board had the sense to change t

But you haven't. The point a few of you miss again and again and again is I haven't stated a preference to any manager just stated facts between points away and devoid from perception and emotion. Yet some of you are so coloured by your own opinions you have failed to see that.

The irony is is I have stated I thought things were better, open and transparent under Glick rather than rush. The iron was many of the same accused Glick of spin when he was quite plain speaking and you did the same to him not listening. Then you watch someone put a whole PR And media system in at the club to control information and essentially spin it where possible and you claim that's being up front.

I do wonder sometimes about people I really do
