The figures for gun deaths 2010 in US was 31,513, accidents accounted for 600.

30000! I'm sure in Bowling for Columbine it was around 11000 which is a threefold increase in 20 odd years. For all those who do realise it's a problem there seem to be more, with money and influence who dont want it to be a problem.
